1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our offerings, you affirm that you are a business owner seeking spiritual guidance. You must be of legal age to enter into binding agreements.

2. Services (Courses and Workshops)

Our services include live and recorded courses, workshops, and coaching sessions designed for business owners aiming for vision-driven spiritual growth.

3. Info Products

Info products include downloadable guides, e-books, and recorded audio or video materials that provide spiritual growth frameworks and exercises.

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods include printed workbooks, meditation tools, and related merchandise.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services (Courses and Workshops)

5.1.1 You may request a refund or reschedule a booked live session up to 7 days before the session date. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability and may incur no extra fee if requested within the timeframe.

5.1.2 Certain specialty retreats or one-time events are non-refundable due to limited seating and facility reservations. This will be clearly noted on the event page before purchase.

5.2 Info Products

5.2.1 Requests for refunds on downloadable materials must be made within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, you must demonstrate that the content has not been fully accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5.3 Physical Goods

5.3.1 You may return a physical item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is effective as of January 1, 2026. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
